Articulate Storyline, JavaScript, and Google Sheets
Establishing relationships with a new team can be challenging but is worth the effort. It helps leaders create a stable work environment, foster a growth mindset, and encourage great collaboration.
Short and intentional surveys can help leaders learn about their team. Therefore, I created a brief survey to help me get to know new team members. This survey has also helped me create professional development courses and mentor individuals in their fields of interest.
JavaScript is used to collect data from this survey and send it to a Google Sheet.
